Information About Epcot Center

Epcot Center is basically two parks in one where at one side is the Future World boasts attraction which is housed within the separate buildings that are themed to space imagination, aquatic life, and travel. The other park is Epcot’s World Showcase featuring 11 “pavilions” which is themed to the countries together with their respective entertainment, attractions, and dining, set on a calm waterfront lagoon.

Children of every age can find their way at Epcot to have fun and importantly, children who are under three years can have free entry and for they don’t require Epcot tickets. With the plentiful of bars, festivals, and entertainment, adults can find the World Showcase being appealing.

Daytona Beach

Daytona Beach is a city in Florida on the shores of the Atlantic Ocean with wide beaches on the coast. Thanks to these beaches, the city became known – since 1902, motor sport enthusiasts have held their competitions here.

The city was founded in 1876 and named after its founder, Mathias Day, Jr. (Mathias Day, Jr). In 1902, the Daytona Beach Road Course was organized, where 15 world speed records were set, including the first car, which exceeded 200 mph (320 km / h).

In memory of the racing past of these beaches (Americans are often very conservative and do not break established traditions) the access of cars is officially allowed here. Which, of course, looks wild: white sand, a great beach – but you don’t go too far, the cars are around!

Daytona International Speedway is a circuit opened in 1959 for races that previously took place on the beaches of Daytona Beach, known as the Daytona Beach Road Course. For nearly 60 years, the Daytona 500 has been held here – the most prestigious race of the American NASCAR car racing series. In addition, there are races of other series of cars, motorcycles and trucks due to the fact that the circuit has several different routes. Throughout its history, Daytona International Speedway has been rebuilt several times. Lighting has been installed since 1998, and now it is the third largest sports facility in the world. Currently, the stands accommodate 125,000 spectators.

In 2016, the Hall of Fame of American Motorsports was transferred from Michigan to Daytona International Speedway – Motorsports Hall of Fame of America. There are also guided tours on the circuit.
