Turkey Legs at Edelweiss Snacks
More people should try smoked turkey roast turkey and in particularly smoked turkey palettes. Have you ever had those legs that offer in trucks sales at Disney World? They are really great and one of my most beloved candy at Disney.
Getting delicious turkey legs is relatively safe if you make the brine stride. It is also an opportunity to include extra flavors by including juices of natural products, flavors and sweeteners such as nectar.
Take after these means to cook the perfect legs smoked turkey barbecue:
1. Set up your brackish water marinade and soak your legs in the saline solution. Use one of the brine formulas for poultry and let it remain in brackish water for about 4 hours.
2. Remove the legs of the salt water, wash them and dry them. Give your legs the opportunity to air dry in refrigeration for about 2 hours. Rub the legs with olive oil and season.
3. Set up your smoker with carbon protrusion and set the temperature in the range between 230 to 250 degrees. It takes around 35 minutes for each pound of turkey legs to cook at an indoor temperature of 160 degrees.
